I am writing to inform you that I recently received my order and unfortunately, the item arrived damaged.

I have attached a link to my google drive with a photo of the damaged product for your reference. As you can see, the damage is quite extensive, and I am unable to use the product in its current condition.

I would appreciate it if you could assist me with resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know what steps I should take to return the damaged product and receive a replacement or refund.
