What is REDD?

REDD + is an initiative to combat climate change, a reality that affects all countries. The GHG (green house gases) are issued by ALL countries. Obviously, countries with greater population generate higher emissions, however there are studies which state that to reduce the impact of climate change, the efforts of developed countries are not enough (and they do develop activities to reverse the impacts of climate change) to reduce emissions. It is necessary that developing countries take actions too.
